Where do you provide services? Anywhere! We are a mobile therapy company, we can come to your house, preschool/daycare, grandma's house, or even a nature walk around the park. The options are limitless! We services families in Franklin, Delaware County and the surrounding areas.
Do I need a referral from my doctor to receive treatment at Logos Therapy Services? You do not need a referral from a doctor to receive ST in the state of Ohio.
What makes this model of therapy better than going to an outpatient clinic?
- Local outpatient clinics can have waitlist for a month or more. Here at Logos Therapy Services, our patients are scheduled within a week or so.
- We do not have productivity requirements. This means your therapist is not overloaded with patients and can give more of themselves to your child in their sessions.
- Most outpatient clinics overschedule their therapists to maximize profit, which leads to therapist fatigue and sub-par treatments.
- Therapy is provided in-home, which saves parents valuable time driving to and from therapy. This also improves carry-over, because we are modeling language or introducing foods in the child's everyday environment, and the parent or caregiver gets hands-on practice throughout the treatment session.
What is your pricing like and can we use our health insurance plan? At this time, we do not bill insurance plans. We feel we can provide better, patient-focused care this way, as time spent negotiating payment with insurance companies takes away from the time we have to dedicate to patient care.
We are always happy to provide a superbill, which is an itemized statement detailing the list of services provided as well as payments received. These can be submitted for reimbursement from insurance companies or HSA/FSA funds.
Our evaluation costs $150 and includes a complete speech-language or Feeding/swallowing evaluation, personalized family care plan and family education/recommendation. Follow-up visits rate vary depending on treatment time recommendations, $50 for 30 min, $90 for 45 min, and $110 for 60 min.
How long are evaluations? Evaluations are tailored to your needs and concerns and they will last on average 50 to 60 mins. Caregiver interviews and input are included in this time.
Do you provide Telehealth services? Telehealth services are provided on a case by case basis, if interested please indicate on your intake form and Vasti will discuss if this would be mutually beneficial for your sessions.
